The aesthetic, experience and owners are all wonderful. Benchmark has the perfect amount of equipment and space so you can create a workout that’s right for you. Highly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Benchmark fitness is an excellent gym. It is so relaxing to go and work out in the down town Burlington. Alli and Matt are very professional. Their gym has a very qualified personal trainer, Ellysia, who I highly recommend. So glad to be a part of Bench mark.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Let’s face it, going to the gym can be pretty intimidating when you’re not exactly in the “best shape” as your fellow gym goers…. With that said, Benchmark had been a game changer for me when it comes to going to gym!
The community they have built, the support that is given, and the cheers you receive when you hit each milestone is amazing!
Alli & Matt have definitely created something that all the big box gym’s wish they had… A community!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Benchmark fitness is such an amazing gym!! They don't call it Benchmark for nothing, they honestly set the BENCHMARK for other gyms or fitness studios.
The owner and trainers are super awesome, friendly and professional. Alli and Matt adds that personal touch that is missing from other gyms and are so involved with the gym and their members!!
Jerome is my personal trainer and is such a super awesome!! He knows his stuff and makes you work hard, as that is his goal for his client to reach their goals!! I would recommend Benchmark Fitness in downtown Burlington to anybody that is looking for a gym that cares about their members.

Alli and Matt have created a beautiful gym with amazing equipment and a strong community. The owner Alli is the most wonderful human being and goes above and beyond to create a welcoming and comfortable gym environment. The moment you join, you feel apart of the community.
