I	Iesher Clarke on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Takes way to long to get in, even if you have been going there for 30 years. When you finally get in after waiting upwards 2 two hours, you wait another 20 miniutes at the least in the room. Dr. Hum is amazing if your going in for little things like a bleeding nose and or a wart but if you have a real issue he will not see that it's there or not agree with you. It's in his nature to pass it off as nothing over something. Hence why I'm Dying Now
L	Lillian Wong on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been coming here for a few years now and I didn’t mind waiting. But they have forgotten to pull my file out a couple of times and its getting annoying. I went in today and waited for an hour and forty minutes until they realized that my file wasn’t even out and three or four other patients have already gone in before me. The receptionists weren’t the usual ones I see on weekdays and they didn’t seem like they care that they missed me.

I can't say anything bad about Dr. Hum, most exceptional doctor among being a genuinely nice person! I am writing this as I don't understand how their rating can be so low. The only bad thing is they are not accepting new patients due to them being full up, which I wish they were so my husband could go here too :)

K	Kurt Gibson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been seeing Dr. Hum since I was a boy. Now in my late 40's he's still my doctor, He is always friendly and goes out of his way to make sure that everything is taken care of. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
Y	Yanbo Yao on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Receptionist unhelpful. Called on Feb 5th to ask for paper copy of my Covid result. As I have not seen Dr. Hum in a long time, I understand my file is no longer on record. There was no mentioning of refusal to take new patients. Her response was simply to go see a doctor I saw before, which I explained was Dr. Hum. Realizing the futility of our conversation, I simply went to a walk in clinic down the road - this receptionist started a new file for me, which took 5 minutes, and I got my result the next day.
T	Tanya Ogertschnig on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jan 2009, I went into Belmead Med Center to see Dr. Peter Humm. He had a lot of people waiting and the receptionist suggested I see Dr. Janet Chiu. I went into waiting room. When Dr. Chiu came in I told her that I was in a accident Nov 2008 and I told her all of the injuries I had. Dr. Chui told me to stand up and turn around. I did. She rant her hand up my spine and I almost screamed in pain. She told me I had arthritis. I was in shock and said no I was in a car accident Nov 2008. She told me "You're like a ostrich with your head in the sand and you don't want to listen to the truth." She then told me to leave her office and never come back. Thank God I was referred to see a real medical doctor. I had frozen shoulder, and the medical doctor sent me for a MRI and to a surgeon. I had to get surgery on my hand and when I got the MRI I had tears in my right shoulder. BTW you get a blood test to be diagnosed for arthritis. She should not be practicing medicine on anyone. She is the absolute worst abomination of a medical doctor. I also to this day do not have arthritis.
