★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in the store cause my phone was very messed up and after trying many times to fix it..it just wasnt working..
When I explained to Rey what was happening,he knew exactly what to do and withing a few shirt mins had my phone up and running properly. The service was excellent as well as comunication as to what he has doing with my phone.
I highly recommend going to see Rey for any of your needs to do with cells. Absoultly pleased and 3 thumbs up !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a defective phone, returned after two months to claim manufacturer's warranty, told by rep that it was refurbished and thus the warranty was only valid for a month. Forwarded to manager when I asked why it being refurbished was not made clear at point of sale to then be told that it was in fact not refurbished, but that sending it in for repair would be a $200 charge from the manufacturer regardless whether they could repair it or not. Be aware this is a Bell authorized dealer and not Bell itself - to shop here is a risk.
