★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff was exceptional at this location. We came in from out of town and they did not have one of our phone screens at their location. The staff member drove to another store to pick up the correct screen and stayed after closing to finish fixing the same. She went above and beyond to ensure we did not have to make a second trip out of town to pick up the phones another day.

I cracked the screen on my iPhone XS Max and was sent to this business through my phone carrier’s extended warranty. They rushed the screen replacement and did not apply the water resistant adhesive. I accidentally spilled water on the side and what was once a perfectly functional iPhone is now dysfunctional and water damaged. Only due to the lack of proper workmanship. If you want to ruin a perfectly working phone, go here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stopped in here to have my phone switched from Telus to Koodo. They were able to find me an awesome plan that saved me a lot on my monthly bills and still meets all my personal and work needs, with extras.
My new plan came with a deal meaning I was also able to get a new screen protector (which I had needed for a long time) and some other accessories. They were quick to put the new protector on for me and make sure I had everything I needed.
The staff were wonderfully personable and quick to answer any questions I had due to being less techy.
I know I'll be coming in here again for any phone repairs I need.
