In the past, I have found it very stressful to purchase new phones/plans and felt rushed, but he made it a completely relaxing, stress-FREE experience.

Today went back to Bell @Park Royal to upgrade my Samsung. The same experience today as the first time. Shout out to Pauline, Juan and Negin.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff is only interested in making a commission. Convinced us to sign up for a phone plan, even though they didn't have the phone I wanted, because they stock a very limited selection. Sent us to a store 1-1/2 hours away to exchange for the phone I wanted, but that store wouldn't allow us to exchange phones from a different store. Bell Customer Service was completely useless. Definitely prefer my experiences with Telus.
