★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was at the bell store at upper Canada mall today and was served by Yvonne. She was just an excellent customer service agent and Bell representative. She talked me through my current charges, how about each change would affect this bill and future bills. She asked questions about my home services, - how much I’m paying, and got me an excellent price for my home internet and fibe tv. Also, she was so patient with my four year old who was getting pretty impatient by the end of my visit. THANK YOU YVONNE! bell- give this girl a raise

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yvonne was lovely on the phone and I was able to make an almost immediate appt to get my new modem. My phone was acting wonky and Yvonne and Tanzil gave me lots of options to explore. Came back in - couldn’t handle the wonky that was just an old malfunctioning phone. Derek was AMAZING! Helped with my new phone set up in multiple ways when the old phone wouldn’t participate! Totally appreciate Derek’s kindness, patience and persistence! Going to enjoy my new phone!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer service was excellent. Staff was knowledgeable, friendly and trustworthy. All of the various options were explained clearly to me and I was able to choose the best phone and plan to meet my needs. The transition to Bell was smooth. I was offered certain features to consider but the staff was not pushy. I was glad to have Jonathan's expertise. I'll shop there again for sure.

She was extremely helpful both times and exceptionally pleasant to deal with. Likely the best Bell person i have ever dealt with. A credit to Bell for sure

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parsa is a trainee at the store I visited. It was the best interaction I’ve had with one of Bell’s employees to date. He was extremely professional, courteous, thorough and kindly asked me if I didn’t mind waiting for him to get the correct answer from his manager when I asked him a question about something he wasn’t sure of. I will definitely be visiting that same store hoping to deal with Parsa. He is the kind of representative you want representing your organization. Thank you Parsa and I do hope this feedback gets read by someone that can put you on track to do great things with your career. Cheers

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been a loyal bell mobility customer for over 20 years and I must say that the bell mobility upper Canada mall location has the best representatives. I was unsure which android phone or do the jump to apple, I went in to the location a few times and always had Trevor working on the days I walked in. He was nice and polite and very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the pros and cons between the apple, samsung and pixel. He won me over with the pixel 6. In all the years of being a customer at bell mobility, never have I felt the need to write a review but Trevor was amazing that I felt the need to write this review.

Then I called with a general question about my mother in laws phone and she knocked it out of the park again. This is a thank you for making this experience positive and not painful at all. I will be back and I will recommend.
