โ โ โ โ โ I can usually find what I'm looking to buy at decent price. The store is very full of merchandise... almost too full and the scent of candles is very strong as soon as you walk in the entrance. I do like their 20% off coupon feature.

โ โ โ โ โ The products are great but their customer service needs an overhaul. Someone needs to coach their cashiers on how manners work. A simple "please" and "thank you" would be nice.

โ โ โ โ โ Speechless and can not believe this actually happened. Went to return 2 items, instead of getting a refund of $40, got charged for another $40. Went there again, explained the matter, showed all receipts, two staff worked together to process the refund. They seemed like they knew what they were doing. But oh man, I was wrong, I should've checked the receipt right there. Came home, only found out no refund but I was charged another $90 AGAIN.

โ โ โ โ โ Pretty good place to shop for home related stuff. Just noticed that if you're buying bath towels check for loose threads. Just so that you don't have to return them later. Otherwise it's been a great store to shop with coupons that are actually useful. Staff are always friendly and willing to help out.

Rather than shoppers seeking help from their Staff, their crew went out of there way to approach shoppers and willing to help them wherever they can. I was happy to find a few of the items I was looking for and gathering information about a few other items. I would definitely recommend this place to others. Thanks for your help and keep up the great work.
