Problem in kitchen..water on floor, burn hazards with residents coming into kitchen, too much traffic in kitchen, maintenance man verbally abused me: did not get an apology. Lpn' too bossy about kitchen ways.
E	Eyes Onyou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ More people should donate here. This is a proper goodwill thrift store mostly run by volunteers and a few dedicated staff. Valu village and Salvation Army are for profit companies run by profiteers. The downside is the turnover in merchandise is slow and most of the items here have been on the shelves forever.
B	Bigfoot Forest Vancouver Island on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well you blew it today when my daughter in a wheelchair accompanied by her certified PADS dog were left waiting at the back door [after 3 requests to open it] and finally she left because no-one opened it for her? WTH? What part of 'community' is this? If I could give you ZERO stars I would. SHAME on you Beacon. You lost a few customers today. Inconsiderate !

Such beautiful selections, however I just waited for 20 minutes out in the cold with my service dog after asking twice for them to unlock the wheelchair accessible entrance. A pedestrian even went inside to ask again for me as they saw how long I was waiting. Extremely dissatisfied, disappointed and feeling discriminated against. I just ended up leaving as I was too upset to have to ask AGAIN.
