Entire book shelf fell onto my family member but not a single employee or anyone else in the store bothered to check and make sure she was alright. Instead those nearby gave her looks as if she had caused it when that isn't what happened at all. Far too many books on the shelf which caused it to collapse. As we're leaving the store a employee shows up to fix the shelf and put the books back, it was more of a priority then a customer being potentially injured. Entire staff at this store are pathetic and extremely rude. Next call should be to a lawyer regardless if there was injury or not.

I have always found staff to be fairly un friendly the past 5 yrs ive come here weekly, to look around. nothing really terrible.. but last wk i went in and they had a new employee. and WOW!!! WHAT A DIFFERENCE 1 employee can make :) there is a new gentleman working there named Cam. he has changed the entire feel of the store environment. When you walk in the store, hes happy and cheerful, everyone is greeted, AND he follows yp to make sure your finding everything ok. i know that's usually only found in retail stores such as the mall. However, you can tell everyone was having an entirely different experience while i was there, it was kinda mind blowing. Well done on bringing that young man on board. hes top notch!!

Was at this store today and some good finds were to had. Reasonable and the staff friendly. In the last few years I have noticed that prices for the things I am looking for are similar to ReverbNation, EBay and FB marketplace. For example a few years ago I saw an Omnichord at the Cedar hill store for $60 in good condition. A few months ago I saw the same model for $400. The former sold in 1 day. The latter took a few weeks to sell. Now today I had a great experience in the store. The furniture fellow kindly brought a very large PA monitor ($90 but $ 149 on ebay) and put it in my car for Me. I drove 5 minutes toward my place and realized I had left my priceless Mando Cello in its case next to my car. I called the store at 7:04 PM and the staff member answered the phone even though they were closed. She went out and it was still there! Incredible! Going there at 10 am tomorrow to retrieve it and count my blessings. One final note; the people who work at these Salvation Army stores work very hard and their workload is beyond WSB guidelines. They have quotas to meet. I have seen the good works that do to allow the mothership Salvation Army to carry some of their off centre beliefs, values and morals to the citizenry.

I had an amazing time at this thrift store. I came in with my grandma last week who doesn't speak English well. There was a supervisor named Kezia who helped us a lot. My grandma asked her something in broken English and she responded with so much kindness instead of being judgy which is usually the case. She even asked my grandma where she is from and started speaking to her in her language so she could ask help clearly. That made her day. It was a short and wholesome interaction and props to her for her customer service. Definitely coming back?

Dropped off some donations. Had to ask for my 20% coupon - be nice if it was offered, especially since it's not well advertised.

Got some new summer clothes for a price that won't break me financially. Also I hate most retail fashions so thrift stores are my go to
