★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have always been a little nervous and shy when entering a store of this kind, however, I was put at ease as soon as I stepped in the door. The manager had a way about her that made me feel comfortable. She was knowledgeable of the products and very informative. The store was nicely laid out with great prices and unending selection. I would recommend this store to everyone, even to the shy crowds.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to your store at 730 pm saturday evening. The staff member that was there immediately greeted us which I appreciated. However, she decided to hover over us continuously even though we repeatedly told her we were browsing and would ask if I had a question. She did this multiple times to the point where she opened products we were not interested in at all. After we had finished being harrased by your employee and chose our items we proceeded to the cash register. In the interest of equality we requested it be split between the two of us. She rang up the items and split the cost for one item in half and the other full price (intended as 2 transactions). She made a mistake in the pricing and I tapped without reconfirming. When I asked for the total she told me the tag on the item and the tag on the display shelf were different and she would proceed to charge the higher price. She explained you were a private corporation, yelled at me for holding up the line, thanks to her mistake and told me to contact a manager on monday because "I do not have a return button, even if I wanted to I couldn't fix it". A line had formed at this point so she told me in a frazzled manner to please leave and contact her manager/owner on monday if I wanted anything to be resolved. I cannot speak for the store itself but this employee gave me cause to never want to come back to your establishment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After talking with a staff member about my specific needs and requirements for a product, they recommended an item to me saying that it would meet them. I happily paid for it, trusting what they told me. Ended up being a piece of junk that I literally couldn’t even use :( This especially stung since I paid nearly $200 for it, not to mention that I later found it online for $60. I can understand stores charging more for items, but I don’t appreciate staff lying to me so they can sell me a more expensive product. Save your $$ and go to a shop that actually cares about their customers

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff was nice, offered assistance right away. Selection of toys is a bit limited and prices are too high, not even only compared to online shopping, but also to other retail stores. All in all: it's okay but there's other options.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wife and I come here once in a while to bring new excitement in the bedroom. Staff are really welcoming and knowledgable. Interior is nicely lit and spaced out well.
Prices are on the high side but that comes with a knowledgable staff.
Place is easy to find and lots of free parking.
