The products that I have purchased are ethically sourced, which is really important to me. I love supporting local businesses and this one in particular truely is a gem.

The exact same items I have found on sites like theoutnet.com and saks or Net-a-Porter for much lower cost or on markdown, and that is including with shipping and in Canadian currency. The staff were just doing their job know, but still, I found them to be rather rude and invasive as well.

Its a lovely store and very nice people serve you. This was when they first opened so i forgot to post a review.

We were excited to spend an afternoon shopping and trying things on, and we were not disappointed! Madison was so incredible, so patient and encouraging with providing suggestions and boosting confidence. I am so excited to come back and start whittling away at the wishlist she helped us put together.

The staff that was in that day was so friendly and took an abundant amount of time helping to fit and find me several bras that actually fit correctly and that I liked. I would highly recommend this store. They are so knowledgeable and attuned to various anatomy to help find the right style. Thankyou so much!

However, the last two times I went in -- ready to drop a few hundred on new lingerie -- the customer service was so poor that I left quickly. It's not the most pleasant experience being fit for a bra, and I didn't feel like my body was respected during the process. My opinions on what works for me didn't seem to matter, to the point where I had to be adamant about what does work for my body and breast type and then the sales associate just totally disengaged. I left feeling pretty gross inside and won't ever go back after that experience.
