★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good location for a main office, but liked their previous location better. NO liquor or cannabis sales are done here, it's not retail location. However, there was a decent restaurant for breakfast and lunch downstairs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Going outnof my way to express my displeasure for the online system around the preorder release. It has nothing to do with the branches, stores, or employees. Just wanted to spend a minute to let your team know how garbage your online preorder system was. Ive been in checkouts for concert tickets and supreme drops a tenth less frustrating than what you had last week. Whoever's designed it should be let go. There's no fairness in the system or confirmation for end user. Tried 4 or 5 different devices and connections and all of them repeatedly had no confirmation or unsuccessful message. Just constant connection and re-request of captcha. I'm not even a boomer or computer illiterate. Just the most complete garbage of a system I have ever wasted 25 minutes on. You just needed a screen to say "sold out" or "not successful" instead. You paid someone big money to waste alot of people's time.
