Had to pick up stool prep container and wanted me to wait 45 minutes just to enter it in the system

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good what they do, but their drivers need to SLOW DOWN, speed limit in the parking lot of their building is 5km/hr and they’re clocking over 25km/hr nearly been hit and rear ended by them many times!!!

I got out of Royal Columbia Hospital, New Westminister BC on September 1 and need a wayfaring and this system cannot supply appointment that I require to have it test on Tuesday and Thursday on a on going bases your system cannot do it so close down and let's bring back BC LABORATORIES THAT COULD SUPPLY A SERVICES. GET OUT BEFORE YOU KILL SOMEONE BECAUSE I CAN SURE SEE THIS HAPPENING.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lifelabs - *sigh* absolutely terrible. The queues are RIDICULOUS! Every location booking appointments 2+ weeks in advance. Forget about walk-ins. Extremely frustrating online website. Since they took over the wait times have nothing but grown.
If this company disappeared off the face of the planet, I would not miss it.
NEGATIVE (-10) STARS if possible.

I did a PCR test at Care point Davie st. But my sample was misplaced during transit. The transit company is Life lab.Because of that,I couldn’t go back to my country and needed to extend my stay.I asked about compensation but they couldn't do it. I can't believe that situation.
