Dr. Farhan Shivji is great! Location is easily accessible and Dr. Shivji followed up with me after. His staff are very patient and friendly. I recommend going here if you want a great experience.

This is not an emergency number ! I called because I have a tooth broken in half with all the roots showing and I'm in severe pain ! The lady told me I couldn't get into a dentist for an extraction for a few days and I'd have to travel far . I don't have a vehicle and I've got 2 kids I'm looking after , and there's just nowhere I can go near by to get my tooth extracted ! The lady then proceeded to hang up on me after telling me my options were next week or too far away and basically oh well ??????

Wow this service is ridiculous and a sham. Says it provides a 24 hour hotline to connect you with dentists in emergency situations, and when I call in under excruciating pain from my molars, the boomer on the phone says she'll only help me at 8 am. When I ask her what the point of the 24 hour hotline is, she says well if you don't want to speak with me that's fine and hangs up. Ridiculous.

I have worked in Dental offices as both an assistant and admin for over 10 years and this is the first dental corporation that I was employed by, it was also the first office i have worked with that had such an extremely high staff turnover, over 50% of the original staff had moved on within 6 months of 123 dentist taking over, most likely due to the severe lack of respect that was shown to them. I worked for a dental practice that was purchased by 123 dentist, unfortunately I was not advised of this during the interview process, I believe the reasons (their words) were the management hiring me knew I wouldn't take the job if I new it was a corporation and for good reason. This corporation is solely driven by profit. Whilst working for this corporation my partner and father of my child passed away, I was given a week off work and was expected to be back again only days after the funeral. I then showed up for the job everyday and did what was expected, when I asked for time off for a personal day I was denied as I was told I was needed. At no point in time was I given any feedback in regards to my work performance or how I could improve. They then hired a new regional manager (Savannah) who for whatever reason decided I was no longer needed for this position, no warning, no notice just kept back LATE one day after my shift had ended and laid off for no reason. My termination was handled extremely poorly, the documents that I was given and pressured into sign stated my pay out wage was to be $10 below what my hourly wage was, so low in fact it was below the Alberta minimum wage. No apologies, no compassion, no gratitude for the past 12 months of service I had provided them, just some sort of bribe to keep my mouth shut about the terrible way they treat people. Not only was Savannah extremely unprofessional when it came to my termination she lacks the simple human emotion of empathy and compassion, the word 'sorry' gets used a lot in Canada and unfortunately Savannah dosnt have a clue how to use it. Please try to train your staff to be a little kinder. I might add I was assured by Savannah that I would be helped in gaining new employment, and with how many practices they own you would think it wouldn't of been to much of a problem but I never heard from them again. Perhaps people suffering from anxiety and depression are not welcome at this corporation, not good for business I'm guessing. Be very careful before accepting a position.

Be careful accepting a job with these unprofessional people. low down dirty back stabbers, who don't know how to operate business, they have too many offices and too little staff.. ever wonder why.
