Y	Yasmin Ahhh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Could have slightly clearer wayfinding. Including what the boarding digital signage means. Other than that was fairly smooth to navigate. There is no washroom in the waiting area and you may wait a while before you can get on the ferry from the time your ticket says you should be there. Plan ahead. When you get on the ferry the are many washrooms and the ferry cafe is actually White Spot, so the for is great! there are two lines so if your not ordering got food go straight to the cafe and don't wait in line... The line is good hot food. You can still get food and sandwhiches of you are not ordering hot food. Call phone reception on good on the car waiting area prior to boarding but on the ferry it's intermittent and there is no fee wifi aboard.

Visit their website 2 for updates on your sailing schedules and other important announcements. The office and stores are accessible to people with disabilities.
J	John Pozer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had excellent help from a supervisor who corrected a reservation error and got us on as the last car for our sailing ? Everyone was patient and understanding. Arrived safe and on time at Horseshoe Bay. Outstanding outcome to a rezzie error!! Always enjoy the BC Ferries sailing views. Happy to mostly sit in our car on the open car deck with our dog during COVID times.

No delays or other issues, just a simple, pleasant trip. It was a little crowded in a few spots inside. Easy enough to avoid though by wearing a mask and spending most of the time outside. Just try to stay away from the White Spot area unless your body really needs it ?

As the numbers of passenger use grows, I think our terminals need to grow, especially Tsawwassen. If the employees can't get to the terminal to work then that's a problem. The service is always good and you need to get there at least an hour before your sailing! It's always clean on the ferry and the staff friendly and helpful. The ticket agent was so friendly and asked if I wanted to get on the earlier ferry! They added a few more sailings during to it being the May long weekend.

The ferry has restaurant and nice kids zone. The reason i gave 4 stars is that they don't have enough sailing and the gap between the sailing is too long. Also I don't understand why it's not possible to order all the tickets in advance and you have to order in place as part of a waiting list.
