★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff are great and that’s the only reason there is any stars. Terminal parking is almost non existent and the ferry is rarely ever on time. It is more “first come/first serve”. I work in Nanaimo five days a week so really hoping the new ferries help make liked more bearable. Thank god the ferry crew are so great!
