The sales consultant Shelli replied which in it's self is huge these days due to all the craziness. She told me to contact Moen and they would probably warranty the part and send me it but they were out of stock. I emailed bathworks.ca in Kingston, ON to purchase 2 and she went through the trouble of contacting her representative at Moen and they are now sending me the part. She had stock but sent me to Moen....Incredible service!!!!

Sylvie was phenomenal from start to finish! We were redoing two bathrooms and ended up visiting three times before we finally sorted out what we wanted. Sylvie was so patient and helpful! We couldn’t have done it without her and are so pleased with the end result! Customer service, from start to finish, was exemplary! Deliveries were timely. When part of a faucet arrived damaged, we called Sylvie and a replacement was sent out to us in Westport the very next day! We highly recommend Bathworks in Kingston! Our experience with Sylvie from start to finish was absolutely wonderful! We’ll be back!
