★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Even with a mask on I hear ‘you’re 60’?!! Can say I haven’t heard much of that before. I love the Vampire Facials and Karen’s brilliant placement of fillers. And the beauty is, I don’t look ‘done’. Karen certainly has talent and her work ethic is amazing. Best thing is I trust her, never nervous in her chair. Okay. I’ve said enough. Gonna dream about the day your doors open again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Karen is very professional and extremely knowledgeable about her business. She is genuine and kind and puts you at ease with her manner and tone of voice. I never once felt pressured to “do more” and was so impressed with my results. Since COVID shuttered her business temporarily, Karen has kept in touch, offering what services she can (skin care, masks, etc) and has done drop off service of products I’ve ordered. Her customer service is top notch always! Thank you Karen, I hope it won’t be long before you are open again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had my first forma treatment with Niko and it was so comforting and relaxing. Niko is a pleasure to talk to and was very knowledgeable and thorough during the facial. Highly recommend and I will be going back to see Niko next week for a hydrafacial.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The other day I went to West End Medical Aesthetics and had both a Forma Facial and a HydraFacial, performed by Niko. All the staff there were super lovely and I had a great facial experience with Niko. He was really sweet and gives the best face massage at the end of your treatment. I look and feel amazing, I have a beautiful glow, my skin is smooth and tighter. I look forward to going back again for more treatments.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went and had a hydra-facial done by Niko, it was quite literally one of the best experiences of my life. He was amazing, I felt so comfortable & welcome. Niko made sure to explain the treatment, the steps and what the process was! My skin is literally glowing and I feel so confident. Not only did he do amazing with my facial, he also took the time to explain the skin care they offer to me, each step of it & what it does, how to use it the benefits and everything. I wish I could leave more then 5 stars, because truly it was an amazing experience and I will be a returning client for facials and all the other services offered as well☺️ Niko made me feel like a lifelong friend vs some random client, which in all honesty is so amazing to feel so comfortable and accepted !!
