★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to your store yesterday and picked up a bag of big boy charcoal recommended by one of your salesperson. I was a little hesitant to try this given the lower price point but wow, one of the better charcoals that I have used.
This burns beautifully, clean, hot, and lasts!! I would say this is as good as blues hog (another great charcoal recommended by the same salesperson)
The best part - you get 2 extra pounds 22 pound bag compared to 20 from all the others. Great bang for your buck!!!
This is definitely going to be my go to charcoal, can’t wait to put a brisket with this next weekend!!

Matt the store manager helped me out over the phone. Very friendly and was very helpful in answering all my questions. Kept up to date with the delivery time-frame and got it out as quickly as he could.
Very happy doing business with Barbecue Galore. Definitely will come back for business

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love my Valor Madrona gas fire stove. There were a few minor problems with it at the start, but Brian and others from the store came asap and dealt with them. I'm grateful to have such warmth in my living room and grateful to the guys from the store for their prompt service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you're looking for a BBQ or anything outdoor BBW related this is your place. Very tidy store with an incredible depth of selection and stock. Be sure to check out the hit sauce wall, the a poker chips wall and the accessories wall. Friendly staff and incredibly knowledgeable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife and I visited the store to purchase new patio furniture. We were greeted as we walked through the door by store manager Mike, who helped us to choose the brand of furniture, the selection of pieces, the colour of the frame and the fabric, while keeping us informed on lead time for delivery. While Mike was creating the purchase order, we were sitting waiting, and another employee stopped and chatted with us, and showed us some other items we were interested in.
When I walked over to look at the barbecues, an employee in that area spent time to show me the features on some of the new grills. We were very happy with the friendly, efficient and helpful sales experience, and with the pricing. When my old barbecue fails I will certainly go here to buy a new one!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Only two things are preventing me from saying this was a 5-star experience. First, I checked both online and through a phone call if the BBQ I wanted was in stock. Drove half an hour only to find out that it wasn’t, and was up-sold to another one for $50 more. Granted, it’s not much more money, but considering their double mistake, I shouldn’t have had to pay extra. Second, the hours of operation are not helpful to anyone who works a 9-5 during the week. So basically can only go there on weekends.
That said, the showroom is fantastic. Anything you could possibly need for your summers on the deck is here, and the staff definitely know their stuff. They’re also very helpful with loading your car, and in general it was a pleasant shopping experience (except for the stock issue). Their barbecue butler experience is reasonably priced as well, but the wait times were a bit too long because it’s peak season for us right now. Would have definitely used them in off-peak times.
Would certainly go again
