★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered some clothing racks for an Event. At first theu were unable to fill the order and offered me a refund which is classy enough. But once they knew how bad I needed these, they did everything they could to fill the order. I expected a delivery man to show up but Geet the Regional Specialist delivered them in person. I was blown away this Company cares about their Customers. Suzette was also so great on the phone keeping me updated. THE BEST BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER! I will never buy my supplies from anywhere else!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The storage facility is EXTREMELY clean and well kept!!! With the use of the app, the doors and storage locker open via Bluetooth and wi-fi which gives it a high tech feel. There are several carts at every entrance and washrooms at certain areas. With various locker sizes, you can choose to pay month-to-month or go with their 1 year promotional offer which gives you 2 months FREE! I also rent a mailbox and have my Amazon and other packages delivered here without having to worry about my packages being stolen by Porch Pirates. Their mailboxes are very affordable and you can get your parcels anytime since there are staff on site 24/7.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great self-storage facility - best around! Clean, safe, well organized, 24-hour smartphone access control, courteous staff - the list goes on. This is no ordinary self-storage facility. And the best part is they offer a variety of services including temperature/humidity controlled wine storage, virtual delivery/address services, self-storage, and free pick up of your belongings - all of which I would have had to contract from four different providers rather than the one-stop option from Dymon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my second time using Dymon for my storage needs. I just wanted to give a big thank you to the moving service they offer. My move in driver Ahmed was very professional and courteous. He arrived on time and was very patient with me loading the truck. I was treated amazingly from start of move in to arriving at the facility because of the service I received from Ahmed I will definitely recommend Dymon to all my friends and family. 5 star rating because of the exceptional service from the driver. If I could give more I would. Thank you Ahmed for making the experience a pleasant and smooth one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good afternoon! We just went in to close our safety deposit box, something we do twice a year in February and in November, when we leave for a few months. Today we went in to pick up my box from the safety deposit area as we normally do, but a snag when I called from Florida to update my credit card information and advise them we would be closing the box for the season I was told I could not because you need two week notice and the lady I had spoken to on April 16 did not tagged my account so he could not release the content of the box or charge me for the whole month. Fortunately the manager Adrian was able to fix everything for me and release the box with no charge for the 9 days of occupancy. I was very relieved and happy! Thank you Adrian for coming to my rescue. As always the service is excellent, thoughtful and courteous. We have done business with this store for over 15 years and have always been treated with respect and thoughtfulness. Thank you again,
