Delivery was as promised. The chairs are fantastic. When our covers were not ready with the order Jill personally delivered them on a Sunday morning! Very focused on customer service.

They carry stylish, high quality furniture, and reasonable prices. Furniture looks just like what you might expect from Gloster or Kingsley Bates but for 1/2 the price. Not only do they have exceptional products but their service is top notch and that's what keeps me coming back. Quality and price are one thing, but having professional, helpful staff that treat you well scores them top points in my book.

Jill's and Erica's help in selecting the right items for our backyard was greatly appreciated - being guided through a virtual viewing of the pieces in store when we couldn't be there in person, and then having a digital mock-up of our existing space and potential furniture was incredibly helpful in making a decision. Kaon and his colleague delivered our items on two separate occasions with seamless professionalism - they were courteous, mindful, timely, and friendly, and kept safety in mind by always masking. Despite the delays in shipments (which was completely out of their control), we could not have asked for a better experience overall.
