The guys loading my appliance could've been a little gentler, but nothing was roughoused or broken, so no big deal.

They listened to what I required, advised me what they had in stock we arranged a delivery set up and removal great company to do business with the delivery guys were great took care not to damage anything removed the old unit then fitted the washer back in place

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give this establishment 0 stars I would. The salesperson who offered to 'help' us was the rudest human being I've ever encountered and I wonder if he has never spoken to another human being before. He rolled his eyes when we explained what we were looking for, told us we were wrong when we said we checked the website before we came and pointed out products that they said they had and he repeatedly said no. Everything we said we were looking for or wanted he told us we were "wrong, wrong, wrong, nope, nope ". His energy literally pushed us out the door and we went to other businesses that seemed to know about customer service and human decency , and were happy to speak to us.
Best of luck to the store and to that employee and I hope he finds a line of work that he prefers and fills his soul
