The problem was quickly diagnosed resulting in our buying a very reasonably priced second hand washer which was delivered the next day. If you need an appliance repaired or replaced, please give “Used Appliances Lethbridge” a call I highly recommend and guarantee you won’t be sorry. Kudos to the owners and staff.

Sir your community is outraged at your blatant disregard for accountability, you need to do better. 90 day guarantee is what you have on your Facebook page, and that's considered a legal agreement. Take your self pride and chuck it out the window if you would like to continue to be open.

M	Melissa Westland on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ AVOID - AWFUL EXPERIENCE. GOT LIED TO & SWORN AT OVER THE PHONE TWICE. We purchased a washer/dryer set Nov 28, 2021. Was told it was a new set purchased off a SCRATCH & DENT sale. Got them set up and realized both the washer and dryer had been used. Owner sweared at me when i called to tell him the products we bought were not new as advertised. In the dryer lint catch we found lint, glitter, hair and rocks. Seller offered to make an exception to allow us to return it. We decided to keep the set - they seemed to work well. Fast forward 6 days later. The dryer started smoking, smelled like burnt rubber and damaged our clothes. I phoned the seller back on Dec 04, 2021 to notify him. Seller was rude, screamed numerous profanities, said there are NO RETURNS & told me he would take me to court/sue for defamation if i left him a poor review. Worst customer service i have ever received. Do not recommend.

S	StefC on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stopped in twice during business hours and there was no one there. So I called. No answer. I left a message. Never got a call back. I'll admit that I didn't trust to buy private but needed a washer cheap cause I'm a senior on a pension and was hoping it could just be repaired. When I finally called again, the man was abrupt when he said "I'm here now, just come now"..I didn't think anything of it and I went down. I told him the problem with my washer (button broke that tells the washer the door is closed) and he told me that it wouldn't be an easy fix and I was better to just buy one he had. I told him about one I was looking at that was the same on Kijiji for $50 cheaper and he said "No no this is the way to go..they don't give you 90 day warranty and I'll even take the other one out for you for free" and I stressed to him that I was hoping it could be repaired and he got very rude and said "I already told you it would be more and I have other customers interested in this one if you don't want it" So needless to say, I left that day...went on Facebook and asked someone...and I had a kind gentleman who came to my home and repaired the switch that had come loose. He wasn't going to charge me cause it was such an easy fix but I made sure he took $50 for saving me the hassle of having to buy a new one. Don't trust these guys. Would not recommend at all.
