I am still struggling to get it repaired or replaced. The store manager is extremely rude and very condescending! The worst customer service I have ever experienced!!!

Spent alot of money there Saturday only to drive an hour one way to pick it all up today and for them to tell us when we got there that they over sold the bedroom set we wanted and if we would like we could have the dinged up floor model. No thanks. Could have let us know that the 2 times we talked on the phone today?. Just a bunch of hungry hyenas trying to get their sale?. Never again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very rushed shopping experience. Parking has signs that say 60 minute maximum and there's a reason. Almost has a restaurant feel as there's a "hostess" shall we say how starts asking what you're there for as soon as you walk in. You'll be rushed through there selection their selection, which is decent for their size, being asked what you think of every item. If you can deal with Wayne, he's an older gentleman, and isn't as pushy as the rest. He got me what we were looking for and got us very quick delivery. Was quoted $180 for delivery, night before they called wanting to charge an extra $40 because of "how much we ordered." We were firm about our quoted price and they obliged without problems. All i all very happy with our furniture
