I was lucky enough to get a year old model of skates and prices were good ! I would recommend this as your only stop for everything hockey. The sharpening crew is quick and professional.

Our son was there from Calgary for a hockey tournament, broke his new stick and they found him the identical stick and were willing to honor the warranty. If your in the Lethbridge area, this is a place worth supporting and the staff were so great!

Helped me find the right equipment and was up front when the less expensive things would work and when an upgrade was really better. I liked her no nonsense manner and professionalism. I would go back and buy more sports equipment here just because of her.

The first one was just after Christmas when we decided to stop in to find out more about E-bikes. Aaron was the gentlemen who assisted us that day and he was so informative and was able to answer all of our questions. He is very knowledgeable (and very patient!). We ended up purchasing an E-bike from them which we have been incredibly satisfied with so far. Once we purchased the e-bike, we were looking to have our TREK Mountain bike (also purchased from Bert and Mac’s a few years ago) shipped out to our son in Halifax. We asked Aaron if by chance they could ship it for us since they would know how to properly package it, and they were happy to help us out once again. We left the bike with them to service and ship, and within about 9 days, our son had it. We highly recommend Bert and Mac’s!

Emma helped me out a lot by showing me a few bikes and once I decided on one she recommended a kick stand. While Emma was helping me John helped Mike get set up with a bike as well. Even though they were extremely busy both made time to answer all our questions and explain everything regarding warranty and registering our bikes. Both John and Emma delivered exceptional customer service and I will continue to shop there and recommend others to this establishment. Thank you! ?
