No idea how good/bad the staff is but their phone etiquette are raw. This review is purely based on before massage experience.

Back2Back therapy really takes care of their clients and I agree it is a little hidden treasure of Brampton. I would not go anywhere else !!!

He always takes the time to make sure that i am okay and that i am getting the relief that i need! Trying to get an appointment is the only downfall to this place. Sometimes you have to keep calling and leaving messages in hopes you get a call back.

I loved Ms.Sonia and I kept thanking her after my 1st visit for 30mins. Later did stone massage...simply amazing.. just feel so comfortable n great! Thanks for the whole team in there!!

After doing so, the day before my appointment, I receive a phone call from the receptionist stating that they will not work with patients who are covered by Manulife insurance. She abruptly cancels my appointment and hangs up. Does not give me any reasoning. Not impressed and will not recommend based on lack of common courtesy and professionalism.

A male therapist was very concerned, asked all the relevant questions, ensured my grandson was comfortable with the process, and requested that I stay throughout. He was highly skilled and professional and produced wonderful results! After only a few visits, my grandson came away feeling great! An excellent experience!

The receptionist also called the night before to confirm the appointment. Antonio is very professional and thorough, making me feel at ease as a new patient. They were also able to process direct billing to my insurance company (Manion) so that's a huge bonus for me. Overall good experience!
