The staff genuinely feel like friends, and with a vast array of services you deal with people who offer not only consistent but insightful advice after sessions. I have been coming here for over two years and have gone through a massive overhaul in respects to being in tune with my body. Dr. Dhaliwal drastically improved the scoliosis effecting my spine along with offering phenomenal advice for how to mobilize my body with stretches and routines. Artem provides exceptional massage therapy and lately I have started physiotherapy with Vrutant who helps me on my journey to regain full mobility. Do yourself a favour and get an assessment done and begin your cycle of self improvement on your body!

Dr. Dhaliwal is also great with relieving tension in the neck and upper back! Couldn’t have asked for better practitioners!

On my first visit with Dr Dhaliwal he did an excellent job explaining the process and what was wrong with my health. He truly cares for his patients and puts in the time and energy towards his patients. A few months ago I did a detox appointment with Rich and although I was nervous at first I loved the session and it was an amazing experience. The front staff at this clinic is friendly and amazing and I would definitely recommend this clinic to anyone!!

Only have I found this my one stop shop for wellness but the staff are so educated on what they do I’m always learning new things on how to improve my wellness. This is at the mill st location!!! Rich is their acupuncturist, he’s my favourite!!! Then there’s everyone else which are not far behind Rich. There’s Saloni and the new and great owner Vrutant which are the physiotherapist and they’re phenomenal, then there’s Dhaliwal the chiropractor, he can really get in there and crack pretty much anything for you if it can be done at the time, and they’re front desk is amazing with Danelle, she is always smiling and amazing, also always willing to take the time to help me with any crazy question I have. And last but not least Artem is they’re RMT, he is sooo good!! It hurts a little in the starting but so much better the next day I love it!!!! I will always be coming here and recommend it to anyone that needs help with pain and a lot of other necessities you may need.

In just a single treatment on my hamstring, I no longer feel pain during activity, nor any pain during recovery post-exercise. I've also gone to him for various other physiotherapy treatments that have done wonders for me. He focuses on manual techniques along with machines to give you the appropriate treatment. It’s a lot better now and honestly he is one of the best therapists I’ve been to. He has given me exercises to strengthen my knee and now I’m able to walk more without pain and slowly get back into my workout routines. Looking forward to a great recovery. Highly recommend!
