R	Ray Ray on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waw, is my impression. i just had the best massage session with Paul, he is just great, took his time to examine my concerns and he was just so professional and provide great service. also i had great acupunture session with Andy two days ago, they make great team as i was fully explained and given full examination to understand my pain points and work on it. will definitly come back and recommend them to family and friends. Thank you Nicole for the great smile and always welcoming with positive attitude.

He is extremely knowledgeable and has helped me so much with my back pain. Everyone at the clinic is very nice and polite. As soon as you walk through the door it’s all smiles. I highly recommend this clinic for acupuncture and massage therapy! You won’t be disappointed.

I have seen a decrease in my tension headaches and migraines since beginning going there this past year. He does an amazing job, I feel fantastic when I leave his table. If you’re looking for a clean, professional, skilled place to get massage therapy, this is the place to go!
B	Bal on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I must say that i found RMT which is at par or above Sutherland Chan Clinic RMTs. If they add a hot towel at the end to clean oil that would be my fifth star. Beatrice Lopes was brilliant, knew what she was doing and concentrated on the area i requested. Felt way better after a long time as i have missed my massage appts since start of COVID. Already booked almost every week to go back. i will highly recommend this place.

The are very nice, they really care, they work hard and they are very good at their crafts. Nicole on the front desk is just lovely. I've gotten excellent massages from more than one RMT. Andy's acupuncture has measurably benefited me in important ways... it is why I keep going back. If you like supporting an upstanding family business, this is the place to go.

My massage therapist Steven was very capable in quickly assessing my problems based on the information I gave, and was great at explaining exactly what the cause was, as well as providing easy and effective solutions to treat my aches. I'm definitely making future appointments here, and would recommend anyone in need of good help within Brampton to also do so!

However, following the pandemic my experience with the owner, Linda, at this location has been a nightmare. I initially began coming to this clinic because they offered direct billing. The owner did not submit bills on time for some of my treatments, and then would continuously call me all hours of the night claiming I owe them money and not explaining what I need to do with my insurance for them to get paid. I've ask REPEATEDLY to be emailed instructions on what I need to do for them to get their payment, and I'm still being harassed by the owner who apparently does not know how to send a simple, detailed email message. THIS IS EXTREMELY unprofessional and I am disappointed that my relationship with an amazing clinic and massage therapist has been impacted as a result of this incompetence. STAY AWAY! DON'T WAIT YOUR TIME.
