Great vibe! Feels like coming home, and all staff are warm and inviting. Rates are very reasonable! I had an Osteopathy appointment with Kayla and had a great experience with instant relief; can’t wait to until my next appointment. I’ll offer one piece of advise to the newcomer: the pin pad is a slender black box attached just left to the second entry door on the glass partition wall. Your welcome!

I have been attending this clinic since it first opened. When I walk in I feel at home. I tried litteraly every service they have to offer and my expectations were not only met but exceeded by far. It is a wonderful place that helps me in so many ways and I will continue trusting them with my body and mind.

Today I had a massage with Maiya and I was very impressed. Too often, I used to go for a massage that was very superficial and did not address the true root of tightness. As someone with decent musculature, most RMTs never went deep enough to release my knots in my muscles and alleviate the issues that I was experiencing. Today was my first treatment with Maiya and she provided an excellent massage to my locked up back and neck. I look forward to the next appointment next week!

Mindy is amazing! Shes been helping our 2 month old with positional torticollis. Shes gentle and very good with him. We’ve already started to see improvements after 2 treatments. Highly recommend!

My journey started in February 2021. I was experiencing constant pain on the left side of my body. It was causing sleepless nights, headaches, swelling and extreme discomfort. I went to see my doctor and after 8 months of countless appointments, specialist referrals, X-rays, MRI’s, CT scans, bones scans and the list goes on they could not find any answers and I could not find any relief. I decided to look into alternative options outside of modern medicine. That’s when I found Synergistix Health and Wellness Clinic. I began by meeting with Mindy Parmar, Osteopath manual practitioner I started seeing her on December 31st and it was the best decision I ever made. With every session I feel improvement. The pain and swelling has subsided. No more constant headaches and I am sleeping great. Feeling well rested and more energized. The best part of of Synergistix is that they are multidisciplinary and all their team members work together to bring you to optimal levels of health and functionality. I then met with the naturopath, Dr. Vishaala Singh working on restoring normal body function by enhancing my body’s own healing abilities and recognizing any underlying issues. In my case I’m looking to do this more through natural food sources as opposed to supplements, however I am finding that both are beneficial in combination. Dr. Singh takes her time understanding you goals and finding a customized plan focused on your needs. I’m also working with a somatic therapist, Avdeep who has been a great addition to me not only dealing with my physical health but mental health as well. And finally now that my body and mind are working together to keep me in optimal health I am taking the next step to meet with their physiotherapist so I can get back to a safe workout regime. I’m so thankful everyday for finding Synergistix and their wonderful team. They are passionate about what they do and they take their time to understand your goals and work on a plan designed to you and your lifestyle
