DR.Fauzia Rehan lacks basic manners with patients. Does not properly listen to patients ,I asked her to show me my blood works report, she refused to show. Did not gave any reason thou. She doesn’t listen 2 problems in one visit as her thinking is “OHIP doesnt pay her to listen to two problems in one visit”
Very unprofessional!!
Also, the lady in front desk is super rude and egoistic.
Think twice before you sign up with her.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wastage of time, do not go there. This doctor do not know what is the meaning of appointment. I came with my sister, had appointment at 10:00 am, whereas doctor was arriving at 10:17am. She should know about the rules and appointment. Doctor is so much rude, scold her employees and bang the door. They call bunch of patients to make money. I would not recommend to any of my friends or loved ones.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Rehan is the best doctor, I’ve ever been to, she listens to you very well and helps you a lot. There is a great turnover at the reception area. It has been more efficient and quicker compared to the earlier times. The phones are being answered quickly and politely. The blood work girl does the blood test so smoothly and with a smile always, that it doesn’t hurt at all.Her way of talking is very good. I am just so happy with the service I got from Mainview Medical Clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I like this clinic from the one time I went, but they will NEVER answer an email. I can't always call them and I have spent a week reaching them to no avail. Now I'm down to the wire on what I need from them and not sure if I will have time to get to it. Was really hoping for them to email me back. They should do a better job at that. Especially since the girls there were complaining about how dead it was at their clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doctor is rude and if you do not understand one time what she explained and you asked question she will not answer kindly. Meaning dont like to repeat.
We are laymen would not understand some terms used, i prefer doctor should be calm and explaining tone. I visited for my 2 year old (when our family doc was off at work) and my son found the BP measurement device fascinating he just touched once and she yelled at him saying its not toy and do not touch.
