★ ★ ★ ★ ★ HORRIBLE customer service. They installed blinds in my home that had issues from a recall that was put out in 2009 - 11 years ago. They were rude and refused to come fix my blinds at first until my builder got involved (since these blinds fall under the one year warranty).
When they came to fix them, they tried to "show me" instead of just fixing it themselves. They also took a crude and cheap solution to fixing the cords. Instead of using breakaway condensers, I now just have 2-4 separate long cords dangling from all my blinds.
Will be following up with Health Canada to let them know the lack of concern this company is taking for fixing a recall they were blatantly aware of.
Would give 0 stars if that was possible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have now used B &B Blinds for two homes. William and Amy are amazing! I think the quality of their product is great. They just finished putting in cell shades in my new condo. They look great and fit perfectly. And... I would say their prices are also amazing. It is rare to find a good quality product that is also reasonably priced. In my last home, they quoted me half the price to do the entire home compared to a chain outfit in Airdrie. If you are thinking of getting new custom made blinds, you should stop in to talk to them. You won't be disappointed.
