★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm an extremely happy customer! I purchased my Audi TT – S line from Azores Autogroup, after being referred by my brother, who is a long-time customer. I appreciate that this is a family run business. Hugo, his brother Tito, and parents were very professional, and were very amicable. Hugo also helped me out to get financing for my purchase. Hugo gave me a very great price for the car that I could not say no! In addition to a comprehensive warranty package, he also some placed some nice finishing touches on the car, such as new brakes and rotors, which I truly appreciate! I appreciate how honest and upfront they were with everything! I must say, I was really impressed about the professionalism exhibited by this family, and how humble and down to earth they were. Hugo was not trying to sell me anything out of my means, and was making helpful suggestions as far as choosing my car for me to make a well informed decision. Hugo also made sure that everything was seamless at pick-up day. I will be referring more business to Azores Auto Group in the future, and personally hoping to do my future car purchases through them. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had booked an appointment to test drive the vehicle 3 days in advance, the first day i went i was showed the vehicle and some numbers were talked about, the second day i went i wanted to go test drive the vehicle however the so called “president” of the showroom was to busy trying to auction snatch a vehicle he didn’t bother to ask us to sit down wait or anything. Before going the third time i had made a phone call 3 days in advance to come test drive the car and have it ready the car was still in the show room on the day of the test drive they were not letting us test drive it we were completely disrespected told us to wait a few moment and they will help us, but then a few gentlemen came after us and received help before us. We were disrespected, they did not try to make us a sale, they aren’t welcoming, and simply didn’t try to even bother care to see if we were interested. I do not recommend buying from such people who don’t put what should be first which are customers.

Not only did Azores see to the repair, they continually stayed in contact, delivered a loaner van and ensured we were covered. Cannot say enough good things about this dealership. I look forward to doing more business with Azores in the future.

After searching a few dealerships for the perfect Audi SQ5 , we left the best for last and came to visit Hugo at Azores Auto Group. Hugo was amazing, his customer service and knowledge of the vehicle made us feel comfortable and secure in our purchase.
Anything we needed afterwards was taken care of quickly and efficiently by the rest of the Azores Family. I will continue to refer my family and friends to them, as this was truly the best car purchasing experience ever.
