★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just discovered these folks today after as usual and yet again, Lordco had SOME of the parts in stock, but not all. I bought Calipers for my '05 Ram 1500, ($127.47 + $60 core, each) but they didn't have rotors. They sent me to NAPA, who sent me to Bakers. Bakers had better Calipers for cheaper ($88.34 + $50 core, each), plus they had rotors and all the other stuff needed for the job in stock. Took the more expensive Calipers back to Lordco to return them, and they were nice enough to charge me $10 to put the unopened box back on the shelf. Punishment for using a competitor, I guess.
Anyways, I'm done with giving Lordco my business. They're always out of stock, more expensive and their staff aren't that knowledgeable. Baker's has great customer service, staff that know their parts and products, far better prices and has a stocked warehouse. Why would anyone shop anywhere but Baker's is beyond me.
