โ โ โ โ โ Great place to live. Aspen/Maple mailboxes are very small, so if you order a large parcel it will not fit and you must be present to receive it (there's no A/B boxes). The soundproofing between units is not great, and near the windows it can be kind of cold, but this is a great on-campus residence option. Both aspen and maple have parking lots behind them, and the road in the middle is mostly a footpath (though service vehicles and the mail carrier can come in).
Edit: mice can be a problem if you live on main floor aspen and maple. I know of cases in 2019 and 2020.
