★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ashbridges are consistently proactive with maintenance and empathetic to the needs of the residents in their buildings. Whenever we have contacted them with an issue they have replied within the hour and it is rectified with the day (excluding issues requiring the order of specialist replacement parts, obviously these takes longer to rectify).
All in I couldn't fault them in the slightest.
