★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Derek is very professional, experienced and resourceful. Highly recommended. He is on top of everything. I work with him for selling my property in Toronto East York area. He understands the area very well and provided a lot of good advice.
He helped me list my house in January 2022. He got the house ready and had it staged for photo shooting in a week. Everything turned out to be nicely done. I was entirely away during the whole sell process. He helped me take care of my place during cold winter time and had it ready for showing all the time. We received the offer within a month and he did a excellent job negotiating the price. He cares about his client and always available for any questions I may have. I had a great time working with him.

He was very fair to both myself and the sellers. He was very skilled in getting a good deal closed for both sides. Derek referred me to highly skilled painters, movers, cleaners and general help. They were all top notch and provided me with preferential rates and responsiveness given their relationship with Derek. I would absolutely recommend Derek to both buyers and sellers.
