Joe is the most patient, flexible, reliable, knowledgeable, honest and kind agent in Toronto. He went above and beyond for us every single day while we looked for our perfect condo. He was extremely patient with us, showing us over 30 condos in just a few weeks time, no matter where they were around the entire city, even if they were in opposite ends of the city in the same evening! He is extremely flexible and accommodating, always managing to get us showings on extremely short notice. He listened very well to our needs and works very hard to prepare an extensive amount of listings throughout the day to myself and my partner. Joe is extremely dedicated and serious about his job, working all hours of the day to ensure that he finds his clients the best listings possible to match their particular needs. Joe made the process of renting a condo seamless and we are so very thankful for his patience and professionalism. Now I am living in a beautiful condo and it is all thanks to Joe! Joe always made us feel like we were priority and I would highly recommend Joe as your agent!
