★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A definite 10 out of 10! We had SafeAir.ca assess the indoor air quality in our home because of air quality and mold concerns. They were courteous, professional and on time! We received a detailed and easy to understand report showing us where we needed to improve our air quality. We were really concerned about our health...they helped us make our home a healthy home. We would definitely recommend them to all our friends and not hesitate to use them again in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My daughter and I felt we needed to post a comment here. Great customer service is hard to come by these days. Frank Haverkate deserves an award in customer service. He is reliable and caring. His approach to every question and problem we have ever had has been professional and helpful.
My daughter has chronic Lyme disease. Her place has had mould issues a couple of times now. Very detrimental to her. Frank really stepped up. He came over right away, did air quality testing and provided us with a report that has been extremely helpful.
We feel that Frank is the kind of person who truly cares about peoples' well being. We would not hesitate to recommend Frank and Safe Air to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I hired Safe Air to assess the air quality in my home. My family had recently been sick for long periods of time, my doctor recommended that I have a air quality assessment in my home.
From my first phone call to Mr. Haverkate calling to follow up on the report, I knew that I had hired the right consulting firm. Everyone involved is courteous and extremely knowledgeable.
I have a few issues that need to be addressed, the great thing with Safe Air is that they do not sell you any solutions. I would highly recommend this company!

Paul provided me with knowledgeable description of the types of the tests he was performing at our home and offered additional advice on how we can approach improvements. The reporting was thorough and comes with exact recommendations. Having little ones at home I feel much better and at ease having gone ahead with Pauls services. Definitely recommend!
