I was feeling very miserable in a spell of a lot of consecutive travel and booked a very last minute colon-hydrotherapy appointment whilst in an airplane. My flight was delayed several times but Jodi was very accommodating and went out of her way to open up just for me. I’ve had tons of colonics all over the US/Canada and I can honestly say that this was the best experience yet. She is attentive, sensitive to how you’re feeling, and knows how to read the body in order to get the best result. The facilities were clean and contemporary and make you feel safe. I had such a good experience that I booked appointments for my two work colleagues the next day and we all raved about our experiences. Will definitely be returning next time I am in Toronto !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today I had my 2nd appointment at Vitalife and I cannot tell you how wonderful I feel. Jody and her staff make you feel completely comfortable and at ease. The whole experience is fantastic and you feel like a million bucks! I highly recommend it.
I have been to other colon hydrotherapy clinics but this is the best hands down.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great experience. Emails prior to our appointment were prompt and accommodating. The facility is clean and has a calming energy. The 2 rooms we were in both had private washrooms which was great. Janet was awesome in making my boyfriend and I (both first time colonic "patients") feel relaxed and comfortable. She explained the process well and kept us informed about what we were seeing/experiencing throughout. Light and fun conversation helped with keeping us at ease. She seems very knowledgeable in holistic health/healing and shared some really useful tips for us.
We are both looking forward to our next session!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m really glad that I tried the bifido bacterium implant. From time to time, I experience an IBS flare up. Stomach pains for 3 days in a row is common when this happens. From what I’ve learned, gut lining permeability is directly related to a gut microbiome that is compromised, or in dysbiosis (or imbalanced). Jody informed me that a bifido bacterium implant is like a high dose of probiotics directly placed in the colon — exactly where you want it.
3 days ago, I tried the bifido bacterium implant for the first time. The procedure was about 15 minutes, following a regular colonic. 24 hours following, my gut was feeling markably better. I was able to drink a cup of coffee for the first time in a while without irritating things. 3 days later, my gut is feeling much stronger. I credit the bifido bacterium implant to fast-tracking my gut microbiome’s recovery to eubiosis (balanced). I still try to eat the right foods to feed the good bacteria, so I don’t think of bifido bacterium implants as a silver bullet. However, after having this experience I will incorporate this tool into my recovery plan when I experience flare ups.
