★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They were the quickest to get out to do a Phase I environmental but that was a mistake. My realtor & second environmental consultant were shocked by the report saying that a major concern was a dry cleaner across the street could have chemicals released into the air effecting the building. It seemed like a money grab for a Phase II. Naturally the Phase II from a different consultant came back perfectly clean. In hindsight, I should have gone to the seller and requested more time and used a more reputable company. Don't make the same mistake as me.
