β β β β β I would like to share my experience. During my lease they would keep taking extra payments from my bank account for my lease and say oh sorry its a system error. Then they take 10 days to return the money. You do this to all customers? Seems like a way of taking out temporary loans. Dirty

β β β β β 1 star is as low as it goes. Letβs make it -5 star. These guys will do everything they can to make life a little harder for you. If thereβs any excuse to charge an extra 700$ a month they are on it. An no they do not want to return it. Definitely would not recommend unless you enjoy a stressful life. They will do their best to make life hard for you.

β β β β β This company will do anything to try and gouge you for extra money. They will make unnecessary demands for documents that are not required. They will make threats and charge you extras for issues caused internally by Arundel and their staff
We have all our interactions recorded between us and their staff. If you are reading this, do yourself a favour, RUN! You will save yourself time, energy, and most importantly, you will save your hard earned money!

β β β β β I wish I would have read some reviews before signing with these guys. Wow, their customer service is about as poor as it gets. As I'm approaching the end of my contract with them, I simply asked for an early payout figure. When their numbers didn't jive with mine and I asked for a breakdown and payment schedule...I was blown off by Noah Huebert like yesterdays news. They are happy to take my money for sure, but to explain how they come to their numbers is apparently beneath them. I will not do business with these sleazeballs again. If you care about your hard earned money, demand better...and look elsewhere.
