Dr. Sohan Fonseka
B.Kin, D.C.
After suffering lower back injuries in the past that traditional western medicine and physiotherapy failed to help, Dr. Sohan fell in love with chiropractic care, as a natural approach to healing.
A born-and-raised Calgarian, Dr. Sohan obtained his Bachelor of Kinesiology from the University of Calgary before moving to Hayward, California to pursue his Doctor of Chiropractic at Life Chiropractic College West. Today, he pairs his practical skills in chiropractic with his passion to see people reach their fullest potential in the city he knows best.
Dr. Sohan is active in his everyday life –– everything from basketball to Hip Hop dancing to Olympic lifting. He is passionate about bringing preventative healthcare through chiropractic, and integrates the 5 Health Essentials (Optimal Spinal Health, Optimal Movement, Optimal Nutrition, Optimal Mindset, Minimize Toxins) into his every day care.
When he’s not in the office, Dr. Sohan is an advocate for men’s mental health as a co-founder of the community leadership organization, the Kings of Hearts, and enjoys spending quality time with family, friends, and his wife, Lisa.
Fun fact: Dr. Keith first introduced Dr. Sohan to chiropractic as a career, and now they are combining their passions to make their visions a reality.

Dr. Sohan was able to help me diagnose a recent groin pull and provided exercise and advice as to how I can heal faster. This is more than just spine health it is everyday health and wellness. I love the space including the vibration plates and the area to complete our exercises before the adjustments. I was also greeted by the lovely British woman at the front desk who was extremely helpful! I will definitely go back for a massage and I will book an appointment for a chiropractor! Highly highly recommend.

They were all so welcoming and really focused on more of a holistic approach which really resonated with me.
