★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is a joke! I’ve never banked here before but they managed to provide a stranger using my information with a loan of $30,000. This is not a joke or a fake bad review. I’m in the process of getting to the bottom of it. Identify Fraud because of Servus Credit Union!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ no kids space to entertain the kids like the credit union in bowness I didn't see easy access free coffee either. one of the staff members was amazing taking the kids to the washroom for me . the teller o worked with was nosy and pushy in my opinion. only should have to say no thank you to something once.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Every interaction I have had with the staff in this branch has been extremely positive. They are responsive, friendly and eager to assist. After dealing with traditional banks for the majority of my life it is nice to find a company that cares about customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Moved all my accounts and mortgage here and have been never happier with my bank. Great personalized service and always a pleasure. It doesn't hurt that by banking here , I own a part of the company, so there are really good financial reasons to do it as well. Win-win!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a car loan through these guys which has been paid off. But on the last payment they overcharged me. Three weeks later and multiple phone calls I keep getting different answers and excuses as to why I have not been refunded the over payment.
Not a bank I recommend doing business with. When they want money they'll be all over you. When they owe you money, they drag their feet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I never knew opening an account could be so difficult. I'm trying to open an account to pay rent with. It doesn't seem Servus wants me to get this account opened too badly. I have urgency because the landlord wants the preauthorized info. Maybe I'll just not bother with this place, because I don't really want to keep the landlord waiting. I work night shift, I'm often sleeping during the day. I came here today in person and they told me to book an appointment for several days later. The only thing they have to do is verify my ID. That's it. Because I filled out all the info online on the website. OK... If the service is this poor when you're trying to sign up.. How bad is it after you're already a customer?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We wanted to keep our money local so decided to go with this bank. Huge mistake on a very time sensitive matter. Absolutely horrible customer service. Two months of wasting valuable time. Lavender wouldn’t call back or answer our calls and Tope didn’t seem to have any idea what he was doing. I highly recommend you go elsewhere.
