β β β β β Bought a Bloom Box for my partner for Valentines Day. The staff were more than up to the task to accommodate my unusual request. My partner does not like red. She has only decorated our home in neutral colours. The team was able to find flowers to make her bouquet exquisite. Packaging was top notch and was even provided with instructions on how to keep the flowers from drying. A useful tip went a long way for a novice like me. Will only shop for flowers at this local shop!

It was made up of an assortment of rustic leaves, dusty pink roses, pops of maroon, and contained in a gorgeous wooden box. The flowers have all dried up by now, but the entire arrangement is still sitting beautifully on my countertop! He recieved a call almost immediately letting him know they didn't have that specific arrangement but would work with him to find something just as beautiful! When delivered they called me and were incredibly accommodating with drop off time and instructions, all to ensure the flowers stayed in their optimal condition.
The arrangement was absolutely beautiful! We are both so pleased with the customer service, flexibility and of course the flowers themselves we would be silly to use any other florist from here forward. Truly a wonderful first experience and we look forward to many more!
