D	Delia Mahon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband and I held our wedding here August of this year, and we would highly recommend the venue! First of all the event manager Robin was so lovely to work with. Through planning sessions she really helped us create a clear vision for the day, and made sure it was what we wanted it to be. We opted for a dock side ceremony which was absolutely beautiful. All of our guests keep commenting on what a gorgeous setting it was. The reception space can really be made to be whatever you want. Its a bit of a blank canvas. For our wedding we went with a more minimalist decoration look, but i could see how someone could really transform that space. The balcony right off the reception room is also a huge bonus. Guests were able to look out at the view while enjoying some drinks. But it was also great for later on in the night to have a space for people to go out and talk, while there was a dance going on inside. Over all its a wonderfully unique space, with a very accommodating staff.
C	Carmen Chung on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our wedding was the first weekend in June 2019 and it was amazing! They had just renovated the Henley Room and it was so simple and classy. We put up our own decorations the night before and then the staff and Robin helped prepare everything else the morning of (ie. Flowers and set up). Robin was great in helping us get organized, and everything went seamlessly on our wedding day. Plus they have great vendor contacts. We were initially going to get married on their new dock but unfortunately the water levels were just too high. Indoor ceremony was still great since one of the walls is all windows, good lighting. If you’re looking for a place by the lake this is the place to be! We had 110 guests and it was perfect. We wanted our wedding to feel relaxed, but also bring in some city vibes. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!!!
A	Amy Savidge on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had our wedding reception at The Henley Room this summer, and the venue was absolutely perfect for us. If you're looking for something simple, natural, + laid back with a beautiful view, this is it. The lake view speaks for itself, and the patio is HUGE. We loved that there are spaces where guests can move around and chat together, without being trapped in the dining room (green space outdoors to go for a stroll, patio, bar area, lobby, etc). All our guests loved it and had a great time. The club can be slightly hard to find by car (a sneaky driveway), but by providing a heads up and clear directions to you guests, we had no issues. Robin is wonderful to work with -- always bubbly and positive, and very quick to respond to my (many) emails thoroughly and clearly. They know what they're doing here! Overall: highly recommended for a wedding celebration! No doubt in my mind we made the right choice!

The location followed provincial and city Covid rules and made everything as safe as possible. If you're looking for a lakeside wedding with options for indoor and outdoor space, incredible staff, unbeatable views, parking, and a location with a really interesting history the Henley Room is perfect. Robin, our coordinator, was a rockstar throughout the whole process. She replied to all emails quickly, provided great insight and advice, and went above and beyond what we expected — a total pro. I would recommend you have your event here for two reasons: 1) it's a fantastic, private venue and 2) Robin's an amazing event coordinator, and with her, your day will run so smoothly!

Robin was our coordinator and she was incredibly helpful and friendly from the start, organizing a schedule of meetings between us and the other vendors to coordinate the planning process. We loved the flexibility offered by the venue – multiple spaces to have your entire wedding on location, a good selection of preferred caterers (we chose Provisions TO, so good!), different options for bar packages, the ability to bring in custom items from craft breweries/cideries - they can make it all happen! The natural beauty of the lake on the dock and through the wall of windows brings a real glamour, and the elegantly simple interior décor means you can create exactly the mood you want for yourself. We’d also booked time for set-up the day before our event (at a very reasonable price); when we were delayed that day by a minor logistical crisis Robin was SO accommodating and allowed us to shift our timeframe (a big thank you to all of the bar/venue staff also!) All in all, we had a great time and would highly recommend the ARC and the Henley Room!
M	Margo LaPierre on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Henley Room was the most amazing venue for our wedding. Our guests praised how perfect the space was. It was wonderful having the light from the sunset pour into the reception room while we ate dinner and to have the waterfront patio overlooking the lake to chat with our guests. Everyone got such good pictures! Robin and Logan were so helpful, accommodating all my very detailed requests and replying to my emails and calls promptly. You can tell that this is a venue where they put their clients first and don't try to pull any wool over your eyes when it comes to budgeting. They were really on our team and we didn't feel rushed setting up or taking anything down. It's quite a big space, too. We had tons of extra room with 60 guests. I'm so grateful that of all the venues in Toronto, we picked this one. Not a single thing went wrong on our wedding day thanks in large part to the Henley Room. We totally recommend it.
L	Linna Wei on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely amazing. Stunning View, amazing service, very responsible staff. Everything we asked for the day leading up to and on the day of was well taken care of. Management team and staff were attentive and fast with email responses. This is a great venue for intimidate small gathering or medium size weddings. Only down side was the direction getting there is very confusing, especially for guests out of town and or not familiar with the area.
