Beautiful venue, amazing staff and service, and delicious food. Chantelle was so helpful, accommodating, and easy to work with throughout the entire process. She went out of her way to make sure the day was all smooth sailing. Katie took over for the evening/night and she met all of our needs. All of our guests had only good things to say about the experience. Super happy with our choice.

Not sure how's the place from inside as we attended the event right when Covid pandemic restrictions were in the process of easing off! Building must be quite old and you can see rundown effects on it! Nevertheless it still is a place of choice for memorable family events! Parking is on the other side of eastbound Lake shore Blvd. so first check out Palais Royale Car Park on Google. Entry from the road is little tricky, not complicated though!

We knew the venue was beautiful and had amazing lake views when we booked... but I and our guests were absolutely blown away by the service received the day of. The support prior to the event, food, audiovisual, bar tenders, overall professionalism provided by all staff was way beyond our expectations, which were high. They went every mile in the foreground and background to keep the night running smoothly. I cannot express how overly impressed I was with the staff, they really knocked it out of the park and my wife and I will be forever grateful. Also the venue is a complete knock out, but seriously the staff is even better.

Some names to specially note: Lauren, Katie, Phil, Alten, Mac on Bar, Magna and Rob, and of course others that I did not mention. Amazing service and team executed my client's wedding this past Sunday! Their dedication, problem solving skills are astonishing! E	Essentially Emm on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our Wedding Venue- wouldn't have changed a THING! Best decision we made was choosing Palais Royale as our venue, and getting Chantelle as our day-of coordinator. She went above and beyond to make our day PERFECT and helped us through what could've been an extremely stressful time (we delayed one year due to the pandemic). Instead of it being stressful or challenging, she made it easy and fun. The whole staff are the nicest people you'll ever meet, and our guests had an incredible experience. Food is absolutely delicious. Service is unbeatable. Price is fair. Ballroom is stunning, the patio (where we had our ceremony) overlooking the water is breathtaking. On the actual day, Chantelle was so helpful and always appeared before or just as we needed her to answer a question, fix something, grab something or just reassure us that we are on track and everything is flowing smoothly! This venue checked ALL the boxes for us and we are so happy with our experience! Thanks Palais team! We love you. Emily & Derek

Christy goes above and beyond preparing things for the day of and cares so much about the wedding as if it were her own. The staff on the day of the wedding were all such amazing hosts and true professionals. The food was incredible, and to top it all off the views from the venue are second to none in the city. Palais Royale is such a beautiful venue on its own, but it's Christy and her team that really push this venue over the top as the best. Our guests keep complimenting the venue, staff and food! We're so glad we had our wedding here and couldn't think of anywhere else we'd recommend to anyone for a their wedding or event! THANK YOU Palais Team!
