P	Pat Lynch on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been his neighbour for 10 years now. One day i had left my cell phone on the front step of my building. When i called it, Sam answered. I was relieved that a neighbor had found it. When i finally caught up with him and asked for it back he refused to return it knowing it was mine. This quickly grew into a stressfull situation as he had no reason to keep it and would not give it back. He even got all puffy chested and stood up to me for whatever reason he had. I was starting to see red at this point and communicated that i was going to do what i did not want to have to do and that was contact the cops. As i had the police on the pay phone he walked by again when i asked him one last time to return it when i was told to go f... Myself. Long story over i got the phone returned after a cop went to his home and collected it for me. He is not a good neighbor. Tonight i just swept up road salt he put down infront of his store on the public sidewalk because he does not want dogs peeing near his store. 3 weeks ago he did the same but that time there was about 20 peices of broken sharp glass all mixed in with the salt and its summer time now too. This guy has not a care if he hurts one of his neighbors dogs. I could not comprehend what he did and he is a terrable person to live near because of this.

Besides the fact that "Sam" is an obvious hoarder (literally), anyone who steps foot in this place should be aware that within a few feet of entering the "store", you'll be greeted by piles upon piles of junk; all of which has been sloppily tossed on-top of other junk; Everything that's visible is filthy dirty, and Sam really has no interest in parting with any of his collected' stuff'. While looking for a simple piece of chain to match a fixture that I have (someone suggested I try visiting Sam's store (who hadn't ever been there)), I asked Sam how much he wanted for a chain I saw from the front window (which he had to reach for by using a stick with a hook on it's end), he replied with a ridiculous price of $50.00, for a piece of chain that was only 42" long. Then the sport offered to sell me half of it so that he could keep half for himself (21"), and went on to offer it to me for "only $30.00". Sam is belligerent, his store is something out of a TLC Hoarder's show, and his inventory is filthy, dirty, garbage. I feel bad for what the owner of this property likely has ahead of him....

K	Karen McMillan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This shop is a treasure trove. Visiting it is like visiting a movie location. The interior is chaos. However, from lovely intact chandeliers to cannibalized parts, there is probably nothing 'chandelier' that Sam does not have. Furthermore, astonishingly, he seems to know where it is! He claims to know more about chandeliers than anyone in the world. I'm disposed to believe him. In my experience he was entirely pleasant and fair to deal with. (That said, I am usually a very pleasant and accommodating customer.)
