P	Patrick on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Formerly Snap Fitness, Kondition Athletic has the same great owners as Snap. It is a great local gym. Very clean. 24 hour no hassle fob entry and that's great for a person like me with a all over the place work schedule . The gym has a great variety of machines as well as free weights. I really want to highlight how clean the place is. Very friendly owners . Great regulars . Would highly reccomend anyone in the area looking to get back to the gym to come check out Kondition Athletic.
R	Rajib Shrestha on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a nice cozy gym with 2 floors, decent equipment. But once 2 or more people come in it feels crowded. The issue started when I tried getting ahold of management. They are never on site, (only an intern who isn't allowed to do anything but change the music), they never answer the phone, and email(owner specifically told me "I don't do emails" Sometimes it feels like they don't really care about the gym and just there to take your money. They charge as much as other big gyms. Unless you workout overnight, you're better off going to other gyms!!

Generally fairly quiet so you don't have to wait for equipment Great clientele. zero attitude. owners live in the neighborhood and can offer fitness and nutritional counseling. personally I'd rather support a small local gym then a big box chain that basically offers all the same amenities.

The gym is extremely clean, (always was) but even more so these days. I also like the training sessions and healthy living tips provided by Marcy.
D	David Rose on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was a member of Snap fitness previously and have kept my membership going with the rebrand to Kondition. This is a great neighbourhood style gym with no attitude . Small and simple but well equipped with everything you need to stay fit. 24hr access with a key fob so you can go anytime. Like all gyms the pandemic was a serious hit but they've been steadily building back up since the summer with some new staff and trainers. Hopefully the new space on the upper floor will be open soon which was another pandemic victim! Marcy, the owner and also regular user, tells me there is some updated equipment coming for downstairs free weight area too.

I have found it is an excellent gym, with good equipment that is kept in good working order. It is 24 hour access, which I find is excellent and fits well with my schedule. I like free weights, and it has a well-equipped lower floor with racks for barbell work. The owners are great people, and it is always clean and well kept. My thanks to Kondition !
t	tashi dorjee on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I cancelled my membership and yet again every month they charge me and every month I have to call for a refund. What kind of scam is this ? To be honest the gym is mediocre at best. Equipments are old and limited. For the price they charge you can find other gyms that have much better service and equipment varieties. The only thing they provide is convince for those who live close by. Edit: since then I’ve canceled my membership with them, the brand has taken initiative into building and working better. From the pictures I’ve seen of the new and improved gym I take my hat off to them. This is what a business should do and which they have done. They took criticism and improved themselves, for that I’m giving them an improved rating. Keep up the good work.
