The ambiance is amazing (trees in the distance, views of the lake, beautiful sunset) and the food was great! Ordered the Anitpasto Freddo and the swordfish - everything was delicious. Come hungry - even though this is high end, they don't skimp on the quantity. Attentive service without being overbearing... All in, perfect date night, good food - hidden but that added to the charm.

The food is five star - especially the swordfish and the antipasto platter (sopressata was made from scratch by the chef). Highly recommended for a great atmosphere and night out!! This is the ultimately the best restaurant I have been to so far in the GTA.

D	Daniel D'Aloisio on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Celebrated our 17th Wedding Anniversary at Acqua Dolce with kids prior to TFC game. Staff were super super nice and atmosphere relaxing. We enjoyed the mixed cheeses and coldcut board and Calamari followed by our Main courses. They didn't have the oso bucco available that evening, but I will deffiantley be back soon when the patio is opened to try then. Note, the gnocchi were fantastic... you can tell they are homemade! Met the chef whom is a fantastic person and background is Italian and Argentinian. Really happy I stumbled on this place when looking for a close place to eat to BMO Field prior to TFC game. Will be back to hit patio before future TFC games. Thank you again Aqua Dolce!

A word of caution to anyone planning a wedding or event with them, please get the contract reviewed by a lawyer and make sure everything checks out. Just spent the last year trying to get my money back for a wedding we couldn't have with them because of Covid. We cancelled well in advance and nothing was even planned (in terms of menu and drinks) and still they tried to walk away with almost $8,250 dollars of ours. When its all said and done we got our money back, only after it was claimed that the person we worked with ran off with the money (Amelia) and they are under new management. The food was ok, nothing special and the wine was not great at all, tasted like carbonated juice. If it is under new management i am sorry you had to inherit this problem, but how you chose to handle the situation with us was terrible. There are plenty of great restaurants in the city to choose, this isn't one of them.

I had called the restaurant before arriving asking about parking. They mentioned they had a small lot just for guests so that’s where we parked. After dinner we came out to get in our cars and were greeted by city parking authority ticketing our vehicles with absolutely no right to do so. After arguing with the security for over 10 minutes, Amelia (I believe the chef) came out to deal with our situation promptly. She turned our night around and made sure we didn’t leave with tickets. We were blown away with her hospitality and kindness. Thank you Amelia! We will be back.
D	D G on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went here for Dinner and were very pleases. The restaurant aesthetically was very nice. Clean and neat. The curved feature wall starting from the bar was beautiful. We sat at a booth right by the large windows looking over Lake Ontario and CNE gardens. I could see this place being even nicer in the summer. The service was great. Our waiter was polite and good with our kids. We had a couple apps to start and then had 3 of the 4 of us get pizza and one get the steak. We were all.pleased as all.our plates were empty when we were done. The wood oven pizza's were the perfect size and tasty. We found this place as we were looking for a nice restaurant near Ontario Place because we were going to the Cirque Du Soleil. This restaurant was perfect for that as it was a 10 minute walk. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a nice Italian meal. We need to get this place put on the map because unfortunately due to where it is you really need to know that it is there because there is really no foot traffic or even car traffic. It is literally connected to the back side of the Bandshell on the CNE grounds. I understand they even do events like wedding and stuff. I could see this a great place for a small intimate gatherings. Oh and the Paper Plane cocktail was great too! Thank you Acqua Dolce for a nice meal. Would definitely come back!!! Cheers!!
