Pros: Sound quality was good. Cons: Layout of the venue is awful. We got first row "balcony" seats only to find that the balcony was not a balcony at all, the seats are at the same level as the general admission and had people standing in front of us the entire time. Did not see any of the show. Bathrooms were terrible. Drinks were overpriced even by Toronto event standards ($15/drink). They rang a bell when the show was starting that sounded like a fire alarm. I've been to a lot of shows and can confidently say this is among the worst venues.

They should have a disclaimer about which seats have a restricted view. I was there for the Foil, Arms and Hog show, and my tickets were for the Balcony/Mezzanine section, second row right behind the sound section, and right next to the main entrance (BB 15 and 16), the sound guys and their equipment were covering the middle of the stage, and there was no notice about it during the purchasing process, else I would've bought them for a different section. The first few rows in the mezzanine section are not very elevated so if you're a bit short, do not buy right in the middle. The theatre was clean and the staff was mostly friendly, they just need to be more mindful about how to direct people to their seats once the show has started.

Staff were friendly enough for the most part, bar tenders were all smiling and super nice. The venue was late opening doors though which was a bit of a pain due to everyone trying to fit into the entrance. It was raining so we were packed in like sardines. Only other complaint was the bathrooms, no bathrooms on the main level except one single men's and one single women's accessible bathroom. Also wish they were a little cleaner, but it was pretty busy so I'm hoping that's why it was dirty, and not lack of attention.

We had a wonderful time seeing Home Free in concert. The facilities were clean, and well kept. A thoroughly enjoyable experience.

Was here for a concert and was pleasantly surprised - it's great to have a concert venue near Liberty Village! It's a spacious theatre, with great sound loved being in the GA Floor area - believe the seating in the back would have been way too far away to enjoy what's on stage.

This place is a very nice venue for concerts although if you're coming for a concert you're going to want to arrive early as they only use one door to let everyone on and the line up cam get long. The bathrooms are very tidy, they have 2 bars which they sell alcohol at, there is an upstairs floor for coat check as well as the upstairs balcony, and even though the website says capacity limit is 1250 they definitely let in and fit a lot more than 1250 people inside.

Had a great time at the Queen Elizabeth Theatre. It’s an easily accessible location near Liberty Village. The facilities are a little out of date, but it’s clean and somewhat spacious. The seats are moderately comfy but the isles don’t provide much space. The acoustics were good. I would definitely see a show here again.
